Robby Egan and Kelsey Nixon Wedding Dinner

You might have seen Kelsey Nixon on the Food Network. She is one of the four finalists on "The Next Food Network Star" reality show and is just as adorable and sweet in person as she is on TV. Robby and Kelsey had this amazing wedding dinner Thursday night that was so much fun with a barbeque theme and Aaron McCargo, Jr. even showed up for the party!! (He's also the real deal and very down to earth).
Kelsey's wanted her wedding shot on film to match the feel of her event, so we shot on 8mm and 16mm film. This is a growing trend right now since it is so unique and classy and I will be posting more film footage so you can see why this is so popular.
Typically, when we shoot on film we also shoot on video at the same time so we can have a same day edit playing that evening at the reception. Film usually takes a few months to develop and have transferred to video, but it is so worth the wait!
This was my first time shooting with Nicole Hill. Check out her work on her blog. She was snapping a few on Polaroid - very cool.
